Face-to-face hotel entertainment course in Tenerife

You provide the positive attitude, the energy and the motivation to make people happy during their holidays and we teach you everything else.

Our 10-day course will teach you everything you need to know to launch your entertainment career. And you will check it for yourself, because at Acttiv we have a hiring commitment and we offer a job in one of our hotels in Tenerife to all students who pass the course.

What will I learn with this Acttiv course?

Throughout the 10 days you’ll spend at the hotel, we’ll give you some theory to introduce you to the world of tourist entertainment. Then comes the best part: putting everything into practice! It’s time for you and your colleagues to get into action and learn how to lead any kind of activity, from sports to children’s or games, to dance a minidisco, to speak properly with a microphone to a crowd, to be part of a show… Sounds good, doesn’t it?

What requirements do I have to meet to take the course?

It is important that you take into account these requirements before signing up for the course:

– You must be of legal age (over 18 years old)

– You must have a passport from a European Union country or a work permit in Spain.

– You will be dealing with international guests, so it is necessary that you have a medium-high level of English and Spanish in order to successfully complete the course. Any other language will be a plus.

I’ve finished the course… and now what?

When you have passed, you will get your certificate of the Acttiv tourist entertainment course and, as promises are promises, we will offer you a job in any of our establishments in Tenerife. Flexibility is essential because the hotel where you took the course may not be your permanent workplace, and an opening in another establishment in the area may be better suited for your interests.

In addition, once you have finished the course you must be available to work for a minimum of 5 months continuously from the date of incorporation, as your incorporation will be for the next high season.
