Frequently Asked Questions
Your Animajobs user account
To create a new account at Animajobs, you only need to provide your name and surname, an email address and a password. Alternatively, you can use your Google or Facebook account. To create your Animajobs account, click on the icon in the upper right corner or on the “Account access” button in the menu.

Once you have created your account, fill in the information about your profile. We recommend that you complete your CV, or upload it if you already have it in the following formats: .doc, .docx or .pdf. This will help us to find job vacancies that suit you.
First, make sure that you have filled in all the required fields, and that the data provided is correct. Make sure that the acceptance box for the general conditions and terms of service is checked.
You may already have a user account with the email address you are trying to use. If this is the case, click on “I forgot my password” and you will receive an email allowing you to create a new password and access your account.
If you are still unable to create your account, contact us by email at hola@animajobs.com.
If you already have an Animajobs account but you don’t remember your password, click on “Access account” and “I forgot my password”. Enter the email address with which you created the account and click on “Reset password”. You will receive an email with a link for creating a new password.
If you don’t receive the email, check that it’s not in your spam folder.
Once you have accessed your profile, you can modify all your data, including the access email address and password. In your personal area, click on “Your data” and enter the new email address with which you are going to access your account.
To change the password, click on “Settings” in your personal area and follow the instructions.
In your personal area, choose the “Settings” option. At the bottom of the page, click on the “Delete account” button.
Please note that deleting your account will remove all data associated with it. If you would like to resubmit your various job applications, or enrol in training courses or recruitment days, you will have to create a new account.
Your CV
When you access your user profile, you can modify all your data, including that related to your training and work experience. Navigate through the tabs at the top to access the different sections of your CV.
- In the “Account” section, you can add a profile photo, change your name and surname or your access email address.
- Your essential details appear in the “Basics” tab. These tell the Human Resources team if they can offer you a job, which is why the details are all mandatory: your area of specialty, your nationality, country and area of residence, contact telephone number, your availability to work, and the languages you speak.
- In the “Experience” tab, you can add any previous training and/or experience you have. If you like, you may upload your CV in .pdf, .doc or .docx format.
- Lastly, in “About you”, you can update your personal description, your date of birth, gender, and register your driver’s license and the destinations where you would like to work. You can also add photos and videos; these will help companies get to know you better.
Yes, in the “Experience” tab of your personal area, you have the option of uploading your CV in .pdf, .doc or .docx format. The document must not exceed the maximum size of 5MB
Yes. As you complete your Animajobs profile, a CV is automatically generated which includes all your information. You can access it at any time from your profile, by clicking on “Your resume”.
You can print or download it from that screen.
When you have completed your profile, you have the option of uploading photos and videos in the “About you” tab of your personal area. You are free to include any image or video you create that you think can help us get to know you better, or which shows your skills relevant to the positions offered at Animajobs.
The maximum size of the images is 5 MB.
Job search
The first step in looking for a job at Animajobs is to create an account and update your profile. Then our Human Resources team will include you in their database and will think of you when a newly available job matches your profile.
You can also explore the jobs available on the “Job Offers” page and apply for those that interest you.
We recommend that you complete at least 80% of your profile. This will increase your chances of being hired. In your personal area, you can see the percentage completed of your profile.
When you access one of our job offers you see all the details related to it. At the bottom of the page you will see a sign-up button. You just need to click on it to sign up for that offer.
A complete profile, in which all your details are available, facilitates the work of the Human Resources team when assessing which application best fits the job post available. Therefore, we recommend that you include as much information as possible in your profile.
Alternatively, you can sign up for one of the Animajobs courses or attend one of our recruitment days so that we can meet you in person.
Your job applications
In your personal area, you can see all the job applications you have made, the courses you have enrolled in, and the recruitment days you have attended.
When you have completed your personal profile, you give us your email address and your contact telephone number. These are the main means by which companies will contact you when your applications change status.
You also have the option to activate Animajobs notifications; you will then receive a notification directly on your mobile phone when of any of your applications change status.
