I have been selected for a job post. What happens now?

In your personal area, you can see the progress of your job applications. It includes a mailbox where you will receive notifications on your applications. If you get through to the next phase of the application process, you will receive a message in your mailbox, a notification on your mobile (if you have activated notifications) and an email to the email address you have provided. In order to progress through the application process, follow the instructions given in the message you have received in your mailbox.

Do I need a specific qualification to be hired?

Each employment offer details the necessary requirements for the position. To check if a specific qualification is necessary, look at the offer for which you want to apply.

Can I apply for jobs if I am not from a European Union country?

Unfortunately, due to Spanish laws and regulations, we only hire people from European Union countries or who already have a permit to work in Spain. We hope that this will change in the future!

Do I need previous experience?

You can apply to any job. For many employment offers, previous experience is not absolutely necessary.

If you do not have previous experience, you may be required to participate in a training course which will teach you everything you need to know for your new job. Everyone who passes the training course will be hired.

What are the requirements for chief entertainers?

This is a position of responsibility for which you need to have some previous experience in the world of tourist entertainment.

I am under 18 years old, can I be hired?

No, we only hire people who are 18 years old and above.

Do I need to be able to speak English for all the job posts?

A good level of English will open the doors to many more job posts and is a requirement for most of them. However, there are some specific posts for which it is not essential to speak another language, at establishments with a predominantly national (Spanish) clientele.

How many hours a week are these positions?

We take compliance with labour legislation very seriously, so our employees work a maximum of 40 hours per week.
