Who can participate in the recruitment days?

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold Spanish nationality, an EU passport, or a valid work permit for Spain.
• Have a good level of English (note: the recruitment day will be conducted in English). Knowledge of other languages, such as German, French, or Spanish, is a big plus!
• Preferred but not mandatory: Experience or training related to tourist entertainment, such as sports, dance or singing.

What does a recruitment day involve?

First things first, leave your nerves at home. This will be one of the most enjoyable selections you’ll ever be part of.

We’ll start with theory, explaining everything about the world of tourist entertainment and what it’s like to work with Acttiv. Once we’re past the theoretical part, you’ll have the chance to show us why you’re the perfect fit for this job in a personal interview. You can tell us more about yourself: what you’ve done before arriving here, why you’re interested in tourist entertainment, what you expect from the position… Remember: we want to get to know you! It’s at this moment that we’ll also have a little chat with you in English to see how well you handle the language of Shakespeare.
