Who can participate in the recruitment days?

You don’t need superpowers to attend our selection day, but it’s super important that you:

• Are of legal age (over 18 years old)
• Have Spanish nationality, a passport from an EU country, or a work permit in Spain
• Have a good level of English and Spanish; French and German are a big plus
• Want to work in Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, or Tenerife
• We also value studies in childcare, experience with children or as a sports instructor, or skills in dancing and singing. But if you don’t have them, don’t worry — they’re not mandatory!

What does a recruitment day involve?

First things first, leave your nerves at home. This will be one of the most enjoyable selections you’ll ever be part of.

We’ll start with theory, explaining everything about the world of tourist entertainment and what it’s like to work with Acttiv. Once we’re past the theoretical part, you’ll have the chance to show us why you’re the perfect fit for this job in a personal interview. You can tell us more about yourself: what you’ve done before arriving here, why you’re interested in tourist entertainment, what you expect from the position… Remember: we want to get to know you! It’s at this moment that we’ll also have a little chat with you in English to see how well you handle the language of Shakespeare.
