Online Recruitment Day for Invisa Hotels in Ibiza

Acttiv and the Invisa hotel chain are looking for new talent to join our entertainment teams for the 2025 summer season.

We’ve joined forces to organize a special recruitment day exclusively for Invisa Hotels. This is your opportunity to meet the entertainment director and prove why you’re the perfect fit for the job!

The hotel chain includes five hotels on the island of Ibiza. However, during this recruitment day, we’ll be selecting candidates for the Invisa Ereso and Invisa Es Figueral Resort—the two largest properties in the chain. Invisa Ereso has a team of six entertainers, while Invisa Es Figueral Resort features a team of up to 13 Acttiv entertainers, complemented by additional entertainers hired by Invisa Hotels. The teams are highly international, so you’ll get to work with colleagues from all across Europe!

Invisa is well-known for its spectacular dance shows and entertainment programs packed with activities for all age groups. These include sports, fitness/wellness, children’s activities, and family games—all set in beautiful beachfront locations. Guests at the hotels come from a variety of European countries, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, and Italy.

Who can participate in the recruitment days?

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold Spanish nationality, an EU passport, or a valid work permit for Spain.
• Have a good level of English (note: the recruitment day will be conducted in English). Knowledge of other languages, such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish, is a big plus!
• Preferred but not mandatory: Experience or training related to tourist entertainment, such as sports, dance or singing.

What does Acttiv offer?

• A gross monthly salary of €1,323.
• Full-time work: 40 hours per week.
• Two days off per week.
• The option to make use of the accommodation offered by the hotel for €165.60 per month.

What happens on a recruitment day?

On the day, we’ll share everything you need to know about tourist entertainment and Acttiv as a company, giving you the chance to ask any questions you may have. The entertainment director of Invisa Hotels will also take some time to provide information about the hotel chain.

Afterward, we’ll organize a group activity to assess your competences. Then it’s your turn! We’d love to learn all about you: why you want to be an entertainer, how you approach sports activities, or whether you enjoy working with children—everything! We’ll also include a brief conversation in the languages you speak because, as you know, language skills are very important for this job!

A few days after the recruitment day, we’ll let you know the outcome. If your profile doesn’t perfectly match what Invisa is looking for, don’t worry! If we think your skills are a good fit for another hotel, we’ll contact you to discuss other opportunities.
