THIS IS WHAT AN ACTTIV SELECTION DAY IS LIKE
Lisbon, get ready – we’re coming!
The good weather is approaching and the high season is just around the corner. What does that mean? That we’re starting our search for future tourist entertainers who want to work in our hotels across Spain. From sunny beaches to lively resorts, Spain is full of amazing destinations — and we’re in charge of filling them with fun, energy and unforgettable moments. Sounds good, right? And yes, believe it or not, we’re talking about a real job.
If you’re looking for a dynamic job, love meeting new people, enjoy learning languages, making kids laugh, and you’ve always been the most energetic one in your group of friends, this job fits you perfectly. No previous experience in tourism is required, not even previous work experience. So, if you’re looking for your first job or a new international adventure, this is your chance. All we want is to meet you — and the first step is joining us at our Selection Day in Lisbon.
Who can attend our selection days?
– You must be 18 years old or over
– EU nationality, EU passport or a valid work permit for Spain
– Have a good level of English but also Spanish is a big plus
– Studies in early childhood education, experience working with children, sports coaching, or skills in dance and singing will be valued (but are not essential)
So, what are you waiting for to live a unique experience and get paid for it?
We’re waiting for you at the Acttiv Tourist Entertainers Selection Day in Lisbon — to work in Spain!
What is an Acttiv selection day all about?
Calling it a job interview wouldn’t be fair — because it’s much more than that. And definitely much more fun than what we’re used to. If working in tourist entertainment is an adventure, the selection process couldn’t be any less exciting. That’s why, rather than an interview, it’s an experience.
First, we’ll explain everything you need to know about tourist entertainment and about Acttiv, so you leave with no doubts at all. Then it’s time to step into the role of an entertainer. How? Through several group dynamics, such as learning a mini-disco choreography, where you’ll have the chance to show the skills that could make you a true entertainment star. Leave your shyness at home — it’s time to have fun!
The final stage will be a personal interview, where we really get to know each other. We’ll ask you why you’d like to work in entertainment, your availability, and which destinations in Spain you’d like to work in. We’ll also check your English level through a short conversation, as languages are key when working with international hotel guests.
We can’t wait to meet you!
