At Acttiv we want to incorporate entertainers who dare to take on any challenge to our teams in Lopesan hotels. And when we say «any challenge», we are not exaggerating: be prepared to play sports, dance at the mini-disco or lead craft workshops. Whatever your strengths, there is a place for you at Acttiv.

If your mantra is fitness, you spend more time in the gym than at home and you’ve tried every sport there is, then you’re a born fitness entertainer. You will be in charge of supervised activities such as aerobics, aquagym, zumba or gap. In addition, you will set up sports competitions and morning activities with the little ones, exercising with fun and good vibes.

But what if you are versatility personified? So your position is that of an all-purpose entertainer. Whether it’s performing in shows, organising a bingo or doing balloon twisting, you haven’t found an activity you can’t resist yet. You are good with all audiences: from 3 years old to 103 years old, you manage to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Are you up for a blast? Then you’ll fit right in.

Then, of course, there are the outliers. If you are not only versatile and able to face any challenge, but also responsible and organised, you will be able to take charge of the whole entertainments programme. In addition to organising and running the adult activities and children’s leisure activities, you will maintain an ongoing dialogue with Acttiv to ensure that all quality standards are met. And despite being in charge of all these tasks, you will always have the support of your area coordinator.

• Experience as an entertainer for one to two seasons
• An excellent level of Spanish and English
• Education valued (but not essential): studies in entertainment, tourism, children’s education, sport or dance.
• Availability: At least 6 month from your start date

OK, that’s all well and good, but what if you want to be an entertainer, but have no experience? Well, we’ll train you! At Acttiv we offer introductory courses in tourist entertainment. As an Acttiv entertainer, you will also benefit from the following conditions:
• Accommodation: you can use the accommodation offered by the hotel or find your own accommodation. If you decide to use it, €165 per month will be deducted from your salary to pay expenses.

• Mutual insurance for accidents at work and civil liability insurance (during working hours).

• 30 (calendar) days holiday per year worked
• Help with registration in the Spanish contribution system
