Acttiv is looking for an energetic all-rounder to join our team as head of entertainment. Please note that this is not a job for everyone: you will be in charge of all the activities and take on different organisational tasks. It will be your mission to meet the quality standards of the hotel and Acttiv, always working hand in hand with your area coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Launching the programme of daytime and evening activities.
• Organising your own schedule
• Reporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.
• Attending and receiving training provided by the company.
• Participating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area.
• Obtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment.

Of course, there will also be time for creativity and entertainment: you will participate in activities and shows of all kinds, interacting with guests from all over the world.

You don’t need three decades of experience and twelve pages of CV. All we need is that you have:

• At least one season’s experience as head of entertainment
• Languages: good level of Spanish and English essential. Any other language is always welcome
• Valued education (but not essential): studies related to tourist entertainment or tourism.
• Use of Office tools such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
• Availability: at least one year

For the position of head of entertainments, you will enjoy the following conditions:

• Accommodation: you can use the accommodation offered by the hotel or find your own accommodation. If you decide to use it, €165 per month will be deducted from your salary to pay expenses.
• Meals included in the staff canteen
• 2 days free per week
• Acttiv Contract: Permanent seasonal
• Mutual insurance for accidents at work and civil liability insurance (during working hours).
• Social Security
• 30 (calendar) days holiday per year worked
• Help with registration in the Spanish contribution system
